What is ISAT?
The Ibogaine Safety Analysis Tool (ISAT) is a sophisticated harm reduction and informational resource designed to assist trained providers in assessing the potential risks associated with ibogaine treatment. It leverages an advanced AI model with specialized knowledge in pharmacology, toxicology, and cardiology to analyze client data.
Crucially, ISAT is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All AI-generated outputs must be critically reviewed and verified by a qualified healthcare professional.
Core Features
- Substance Interaction Analysis: The AI analyzes a comprehensive list of pharmaceuticals, supplements, and recreational drugs for potential interactions with ibogaine. It focuses on the most critical safety concerns: cardiac risks (QT prolongation) and metabolic pathways (especially the CYP2D6 enzyme).
- EKG Analysis (Experimental): The tool can analyze an uploaded EKG image (PNG, JPG, PDF) to estimate the QTc interval or assess a manually entered QTc value. This feature is experimental and requires careful verification by a human cardiologist.
- Blood Pressure Analysis: The tool can analyze blood pressure readings (systolic, diastolic, and heart rate) to assess cardiovascular risk factors in relation to ibogaine treatment. This complements the EKG analysis for a comprehensive cardiac risk assessment.
- Medical & Psychiatric Condition Analysis: ISAT assesses pre-existing medical and psychiatric conditions as independent risk factors, providing explanations for why they may pose a risk with ibogaine.
- Psychosocial & Cultural Context Analysis: The tool goes beyond purely pharmacological data by analyzing qualitative information provided by the client, including their history of trauma, support system, past psychedelic use, traditional treatment history, and cultural background. This allows for a more holistic and context-aware risk assessment, flagging psychological and social factors that are critical for a safe treatment outcome.
- Intake Form Integration: Upload client intake forms (PDF) to automatically populate the analysis fields using AI data extraction. The original PDF file is securely saved in the client's history, allowing you to view or export the raw document later. You can also reload data from any previously uploaded intake form back into the analysis tool for quick re-assessments.
- Client Management: Organize your work by creating separate client profiles. All data is securely stored server-side with encryption. We recommend assigning a client ID code for use on intake forms to protect patient privacy, since the completed intake forms are analyzed by AI servers.
- Automatic Data Storage & PDF Reporting: All client data is automatically saved to secure server-side storage. Your data is encrypted and synchronized across all your devices. Data is automatically backed up and available on all your devices. For permanent, offline records of individual analyses, you can export reports as PDFs.
Authentication & Account Security
- Account Creation: Create an account with your email address. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account before signing in.
- Password Requirements: For security, passwords must be at least 8 characters and include: lowercase letter, uppercase letter, digit, and symbol.
- Email Verification: After signing up, check your email for a verification link. Click the link to verify your account before signing in.
- Password Reset: If you forget your password, use the "Forgot your password?" link on the sign-in page. You'll receive an email with a reset link that expires after 1 hour.
- Secure Authentication: All authentication uses industry-standard security practices. Your password is never stored in plain text, and all authentication flows use secure, encrypted connections.

Free Tier
Free tier accounts provide access to the core analysis functionality with some limitations:
- Analysis Features: Full access to substance interaction analysis, EKG analysis, blood pressure analysis, and all AI-powered risk assessments
- Limited Client Management: One pre-populated client profile is available for testing. You cannot create, edit, or delete clients
- No Intake Forms: Intake form upload, download, and management features are disabled
- No Data Persistence: Analysis results are not saved to your account. Data is not synchronized across devices
- No Export: PDF export functionality is disabled
Paid Subscription
Paid subscriptions unlock the full functionality of ISAT:
- Unlimited Clients: Create, edit, and manage an unlimited number of client profiles
- Intake Form Management: Upload, download, and manage client intake forms with AI-powered data extraction
- Full Data Persistence: All analysis results, client data, and intake forms are automatically saved and synchronized across all your devices
- Analysis History: Complete history of all analyses and intake forms for each client, with the ability to review, edit, and repopulate forms
- PDF Export: Export analysis reports and intake forms as PDFs for permanent records
- Secure Cloud Storage: All data is encrypted and stored securely in the cloud, accessible from any device
Account Management
- Subscription Management: View your subscription status, billing period, and plan details. Manage your subscription by canceling (at period end) or reactivating as needed.
- Payment Method Updates: Update your payment method, view invoices, and manage billing through the integrated Stripe Customer Portal. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
- Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account at any time. This will cancel any active subscriptions, delete all your client data, and remove your account from the system. Account deletion is irreversible.
- Data Access: All your account information, subscription details, and client data are accessible from the Account page. Your data is synchronized across all devices when you sign in.
How to Use the Tool
- Sign In: Sign in to your account to access your client data. All data is automatically synchronized across your devices.
- Add a Client: From the dashboard, add a new client. You can use their name and optionally assign a separate ID code for use on intake forms.
- Download Intake Form (Optional): On the dashboard, you can download a blank, editable PDF intake form. Provide the client with their unique ID code and instruct them to enter it on the form. This form can be sent to the client to fill out beforehand.
- Enter or Upload Data: Select a client to open their analysis page. Here, you can upload a completed PDF intake form for automated data extraction, manually enter information, or click the "Populate Form" button on a saved intake form in the Analysis History to reload that data.
- Analyze & Save: Click the "Analyze & Save to History" button. The AI will process all provided data and display a detailed report, which is automatically saved to the client's history.
- Review History: Expand entries in the "Analysis History" to review past reports. For saved intake forms, you can view or export the original PDF, or use the "Populate Form" feature to reuse the extracted data.
- Automatic Data Backup: Your data is automatically saved to secure server-side storage with encryption. All changes are automatically synchronized and backed up. Your data is available across all your devices when you sign in.
- Export PDF: Use the "Export PDF" button within a generated report or the download icon in the history list to save a permanent copy of the analysis.
Data Security & Privacy
All client data is automatically saved to secure server-side storage with encryption. Your data is protected and synchronized across all your devices. The system is designed with Tier 4 encryption in mind for future enhanced security. All data is automatically backed up and available whenever you sign in.
Payment Security: All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your payment information is never stored on our servers. Subscription data is stored securely in our database and synchronized with Stripe for billing management.
Account Deletion: When you delete your account, all associated data including client records, analyses, and subscription information is permanently removed from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
